• 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our courses and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. No questions asked. • Partial Refund for Partial Course Completion: If you have enrolled in a course and completed more than 50% of its content, we can only offer a partial refund. However, if you have completed 80% or more of the course, we are unable to provide a refund.

• Subscription Renewal: Please note that we may offer subscription plans on Parrots Valley that  automatically renew to ensure uninterrupted access to our content. If you purchased a plan that automatically renews you have the right to choose to cancel your subscription, you must do so before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for subscription renewals that fall outside of our initial 15-day refund window.
